This is my feeble yet noteworthy attempt to begin writing again.

Consider this step 1. Let's hope I'm on the right journey. It would suck to travel, plod, walk a thousand miles (or 2,400,000 million steps) to realize that I'm in the wrong place.
2.2 feet (average woman's walking stride)
5,280 feet in a mile
5,280/2.2 = 2,400 steps in a mile
2,400 steps x 1,000 miles = 2,400,000 steps per 1,000 miles
